An introduction to how exchanges work for people with no financial background. Choose the format that suits you best. If you have access to an ebook reader we recommend the EPUB format as that gives you freedom to choose font size and background color.
The latest version is a pre-release of the second edition that I yet have to proof read so expect errors, typos, or some butchered sentences.
NOTE: The chapter covering implieds (synthetic orders), was completely rewritten. This is on the best of days complicated enough that I simply cannot have avoided making numerical mistakes, or switched orders around. So, please read that chapter with critical eyes!
B5 is a common book format. It is better suitable if you intend reading the PDF on a tablet since a A4 PDF format will be more heavier scaled on a smaller tablet. On an electronic reading device many people find the PDF with dark background more pleasent to the eyes.

If you intend to print the book on a regular office printer and want sizeable chunks that are a better fit to staple then printing each of the four parts of the book individually is the way to go.
